By reserving goods, you accept the following terms and conditions:

1. General terms and conditions
   1. Reserving goods is only available to logged-in users of the B2B platform.
   2. Reservation allows you to reserve a selected quantity of goods that are currently not available for immediate purchase.
   3. Reservation is not equivalent to ordering – it is for informational and logistical purposes only.
2. Technical requirements
   1. The reservation option is only available when the system has complete data on the delivery date and available quantity of the product.
   2. If there is no data or a technical error, the reservation option will not be available.
3. Reservation management
   1. The reservation is visible in the user's account.
   2. It is possible to edit the reservation, however:
      • If the new quantity exceeds the original quantity, the system will inform you that it is not possible to change it and recommend that you contact customer service.
      • If the reservation cannot be modified for other reasons, the user will receive an appropriate message.
4. Restrictions
   1. Failure to accept these terms and conditions will prevent you from making a reservation.
5. Final provisions
   1. Reservations are preliminary and are not binding orders.
   2. The company reserves the right to cancel reservations if delivery is not possible.
   3. Any questions or concerns regarding reservations should be directed to customer service.
