- It's normal for the spray concentration to vary slightly. The mist effect can be affected by water, temperature, humidity, wind direction, and other factors.
- If there is no water in the water tank, press the power button and the aromatherapy device will emit two drops. Do not use the product if there is no water in the tank.
- Only applies to 100% pure, natural essential oils. If the fragrance or quality containing chemical ingredients may damage the product, please clean the product according to the maintenance section before replacing it with a different type of essential oil.
- Do not use corrosive essential oils to avoid damaging the product
- If you accidentally tip your device over, follow these steps:
a) Immediately disconnect the power and open the waterproof cover
b) Completely drain the water from the tank.
c) Shake the diffuser lightly and drain off any remaining water, then leave to dry for 24 hours.
- Do not twist or stretch electrical wires.
- If the cord is damaged or the adapter socket is loose, stop using it.
- If you notice a strange odor, noise, or unusual heat, the product is likely malfunctioning. In this case, unplug the device and discontinue use.
- Do not immerse the plug in water. Do not place it in damp places.
- For better use, please pour out all the water from the drainage side of the tank after each use, then wipe it clean and dry with a soft cloth
