- - Optimal operating temperature is 80-250°C (176-482°F). DO NOT EXCEED ABOVE 345°C (653°F). - Using a kitchen thermometer to monitor the temperature is recommended to avoid damage to the components due to overheating. - Never place the fan on an unprotected surface if the base of the fan is still hot. - It is not recommended to move the fan during operation unless in an emergency. In this situation, remember to wear gloves to protect against burns or injury from the rotating blades. - When the fan is on, ensure there is nothing nearby that may interfere with its operation. - Make sure children and pets are away from the fan and fireplace. - Starting temperature 60°C (140°F). The fan will rotate faster as the temperature increases and slower as it decreases. The base of the fan will cool as the fireplace temperature decreases. - Do not place the fan in front of or near a chimney. - Optimal operating temperatures are guidelines only. They may vary depending on the environment as they were tested under controlled laboratory conditions.
