It allows pedaling with both legs and arms , which makes the movement works on the shoulders, arms, upper back and legs . It is perfect for people with a sedentary lifestyle e.g. at the desk and for older people with limited mobility . A bike will also work well for pregnant women , especially in the last months. Due to its functionality, it can also be used by people in wheelchairs.

FOLDING – the bike is foldable, you can fold and unfold it in 2 steps. Just pull the ring located on the leg-frame joints, then remove the legs until they click. Thanks to the folding function, it takes up even less space; you can store it practically anywhere, it will easily fit in a cupboard, for example .

LCD COMPUTER - the trainer is equipped with a computer measuring the necessary information, such as: total training time, total distance traveled, total movement time during training, total movement time during all sessions (the value resets after replacing the battery) and the number of calories burned . The counter allows for full control during training, as well as monitoring progress from training to training.
