- HAS MICRO PERFORATED – this micro-perforated mat means faster heat distribution and moisture evaporation. Thanks to the holes the heat spreads evenly across the surface of the mat, guaranteeing perfect baking both on the top and bottom.
- DOUBLE SIDED – the mat is double-sided. On one side there is a printed pattern of an “elongated” cookie, eclair type, which makes it easier to spread the dough on the cookies. The other side is without a pattern.
