WARNING CONTENT:
- Use separate cutting boards for raw meat, fish, vegetables and bread to avoid cross-contamination of bacteria.
- Every few weeks (or more often in case of intensive use) lubricate the board with mineral oil or special oil
for wooden boards. This will make the board resistant to moisture and cracks.
- Do not leave the board near heat sources such as stoves, or use it as a trivet for hot pots.
- Store the board in a dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight to avoid deformation and cracking.
- Make sure the board has access to air on both sides when stored to prevent moisture build-up.
- Regularly check the technical condition of the board. If you notice deep cracks, deformations or significant damage that may pose a hygiene risk, consider replacing the board with a new one.
