Use clay in combination with water and car shampoo. Sprinkle the paint surface with the liquid, then wipe with clay to remove dirt. When the clay collects a lot of dirt, knead the dirty surface inwards and shape a flat disk again. If the surface is smooth, it means that it is free from dirt.
